Advanced Palliative Practice Skills (APPS) Program

An educational opportunity for Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Health Care Aides and Hospice Volunteers who are graduates of the Core Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care Program and who are currently working or volunteering in palliative care.

Offers courses designed to equip healthcare professionals with essential skills for effective palliative care. Created by Pallium Canada, these courses focus on communication, symptom management, ethical decision-making, and support for patients and families dealing with life-limiting illnesses.
